Coconut Milk Latte with Ginger, Reishi and Rose

Coconut milk latté with Reishi, Ginger, Rose and Manuka Honey. This has been one of my favorite pregnancy beverages.
*Can be made with or without coffee.
Reishi to help keep the immune system strong, stress levels down, sleep cycle intact, and inflammation at bay.

Rose is always a favorite of mine for the delicate taste as well as the calming, heart opening aspect. .
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp @rootandbones Reishi
1 tbsp @mountainroseherbs dried roses
1 small slice ginger
2 tsp @wedderspoonofficial honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
@mountainroseherbs cacao butter wafer **dash of coffee or espresso optional**

Instructions:
Warm up coconut milk on the stove with the rose buds and ginger. Simmer on lowest heat for 3-5 min. Strain the petals and ginger. In a high speed blender, add the other ingredients and blend until frothy. .
