- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp astragalus, cordyceps & eleuthero
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp each ground nutmeg, clove and allspice
in a blender or a mug combine the milk, pumpkin puree, spices, male syrup and herbs. Blend or use an electric whisk to combine until smooth. Top with coffee and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
