Pine Pollen Hibiscus Iced Tea

Pine Pollen, coconut milk and hibiscus iced tea. Perfect drink chock full of antioxidants as the weather starts to warm up .

Ingredients:

3 cups water

1 tbsp hibiscus flowers or 3 tea bags

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1/3 cup coconut cream

1 tbsp pine pollen

Directions:

Place the hibiscus flowers in a large jar with the water. Let the tea brew overnight or in the sun for a few hours. Strain out flowers, add sweetener if desired, Pine Pollen and cream. Blend in a high speed blender and serve over ice.
