"This Pu'er has earned a steady place in my hot drink rotation. I've been intentional about bringing more Yin-nourishing elements into my routine, and this tea has become a real, tangible way to commit to that shift. Knowing the care behind it — grown in Menghai's rich tea-growing region, carefully fermented to preserve its character — adds another layer of appreciation with every cup. I also love that it supports digestion and gut health, so it feels like it's working with my body on more than one level.
