Tea Needle—an essential tool for breaking apart tightly compressed Puer tea cakes. Simply insert the needle into the edge of the cake, apply gentle pressure, and break  through the layers to loosen the leaves.

It's important to note that the tea knife/needle is only required for the larger Pu’er tea bricks and cakes. Breaking up  the mini Pu’er tea bricks, sticky rice mini cakes and pearls, is not needed since they are individual servings.
