The combo of gluten-free oats, grated carrot, turmeric, Chaga, blood orange and bee pollen creates an ultra nutritious nourishing breakfast option. And delicious!
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 medium carrot grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Chaga
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 coconut milk
2 tsp grated turmeric root
Grate carrot and place in saucepan with the oats, and 1 cup water
Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 7-10 minutes or until desired consistency.
Add all other ingredients and stir well.
Top with more grated turmeric, bee pollen, cinnamon or any of your favorite toppings
