Paleo Chaga Reishi Almond Butter Brownies

These brownies were so rich, moist and delicious. Almond butter, Chaga and Reishi are loaded in antioxidants, and retain their benefits even when baked.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
3/4 raw organic honey
1 large egg(can substitute banana to make it vegan)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cacao
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp @rootandbones Chaga and Reishi

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together almond butter, coconut oil, honey, egg, vanilla
In a separate bowl mix almond flower, cacao, Reishi, Chaga, baking soda and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. 
Place in greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 min until knife comes out clean when poked in the center.
