Ingredients:
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/4-1/2 tsp @rootandbones Rhodiola
1 small piece of fresh turmeric and ginger (take the skin off)
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of clove

Directions:
Warm up milk on stove. Add all ingredients and warm milk to a high speed blender until frothy.
