Pearl, Rose, honey and Tart Cherry Latte for Deep Sleep

Evening sleep latté made with  milk, pearl, rose, honey, and tart cherry juice. Pearl has been shown to help calm the nervous system and aid in insomnia and anxiety. Tart cherry juice is one of the few natural sources of melatonin, which is responsible for the regulation of the body’s internal clock and sleep-wake cycle. Rose is always a favorite of mine for calming and heart opening, all while being delicious.

Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice

1 tbsp tart cherry juice

1 tsp pearl

2 tsp rose petals

honey to taste

Warm up milk on the stove with the rose petals. Simmer on very low heat for 5 min. Strain out the rose petals. Add milk, cherry juice, pearl and honey to a high speed blender and blend until frothy.
